DayVentures is a community day services program of Elevate Spectrum, serving adults 21 and older in Maryland. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and the forms on it. For any privacy question or request, email hello@dayventures.com.

When you contact us or sign up, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your ZIP code or general area.
• Which form you used and anything you typed into it.
• How you heard about us.

We also collect basic visit information automatically: the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, the website or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

Information reaches us through the Get Started form, the newsletter signup, interest and ZIP code forms, and when you book an introductory call. We do not buy contact lists.

• To answer your question and follow up with you.
• To plan and coordinate services if you decide to join.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To understand which pages are helpful to families and improve the site.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run DayVentures: the company that hosts this website, our email sending service, our scheduling calendar, and the system that keeps our contact records. They may use it only to perform that work for us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person we serve. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking so we can tell which ads bring families to us. It places cookies in your browser and reports activity such as page views and form submissions. It is not tied to your health or support details.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through Google's own ad settings at any time.

Please do not send detailed medical records through this website. If you choose to share information about a person's support needs so we can plan well, we keep it confidential, use it only for that purpose, and share it with a care team, coordinator, or funding agency only with your consent or when the law requires it.

We keep inquiry and newsletter information for as long as it is useful for the relationship, and longer where a record is required for funding, billing, or legal reasons. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Information is stored in access-controlled systems and sent over encrypted connections. Only the staff who need it can see it. No system is perfect, so we also limit what we collect in the first place.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any message to ask us to stop contacting you. You can also ask us to correct or delete your details by emailing hello@dayventures.com.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or of targeted advertising. California, Virginia, and a growing number of other states grant rights like these. We honor these requests from anyone who asks, wherever you live.

To make a request, email hello@dayventures.com with the details you would like us to act on. We may need to confirm your identity before we can respond, and we will reply within the time the law allows. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. We will never treat you differently, or give you worse service, for exercising a privacy right.

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but you are welcome to confirm that with us.

DayVentures serves adults 21 and older. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@dayventures.com and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. For a significant change, we will say so clearly here.
